Warranty Processing, Returns & Product Inspections 

If you need to return a defective product or file a complaint, the RMA department is your direct point of contact. We ensure a straightforward and transparent handling of your returns and warranty cases.

Administration

Organization, Accounting, Credit Notes, Dunning & Account Blocks 

Our administration department is your central point of contact for a wide range of administrative and organizational matters. It ensures the smooth operation of internal processes and supports the management team. 

In addition, the administration handles all questions related to accounting: invoices and credit notes are reviewed and any discrepancies are clarified together with you. 

In the area of dunning, the administration manages payment reminders and notices to resolve outstanding balances quickly and transparently. If necessary, the administration may initiate the blocking of customer accounts or services – always with the goal of finding a constructive solution.

Financial Processing, Payments & Annual Financial Statements

Technical Infrastructure, Software Solutions & M2M Connectivity 

Our IT department ensures the stable operation and continuous development of Yuka.digital’s technical infrastructure. This includes server administration, support for internal software solutions, and maintaining a secure and high-performance network environment. 

A key focus lies on managing M2M (Machine-to-Machine) connectivity. This includes assigning static IP addresses for our products to ensure reliable communication between devices. The IT department also provides guidance on technical infrastructure questions and supports you in integrating our solutions into your systems.

Onboarding

Coordination and Implementation of the Necessary Framework for New Customers and Suppliers 

Our onboarding team helps you clarify and implement all necessary conditions for a successful collaboration with Yukatel GmbH – whether as a customer or a supplier. From collecting the required data to coordinating all internal steps, we ensure that your customer or supplier account is correctly set up and that all prerequisites are met. 

We guide you transparently through the entire onboarding process, answer your questions, and make sure that all necessary parameters and requirements are aligned early, so that the collaboration can start smoothly. 

After the onboarding is completed, a dedicated Yukatel expert will be assigned to you, providing personalized support and serving as your point of contact for all further inquiries.
